2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on rmadrid888. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. rmadrid888 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected.
Account security responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. rmadrid888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately.
Platform usage responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for all activities that take place under your account.
- You are not permitted to use this platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- The use of automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform will result in immediate account closure.

3. Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the rmadrid888 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in your own name. rmadrid888 does not accept payments from third parties.
Deposit
Deposits successfully credited to your account balance cannot be reversed to the original payment method once used for betting. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit screen during your session. We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your rmadrid888 account. Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal is approved. rmadrid888 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, a breach of terms, or suspicious activity.
Transaction errors
In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect credits or debits to your account, rmadrid888 reserves the right to correct the error without prior notice. Any winnings derived from a system error are considered void and may be reversed.

4. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Rmadrid888 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, hacking attempts, or any conduct deemed to compromise the integrity of the platform.
Suspended accounts will be unable to make deposits, withdrawals, or place bets until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds that a breach of terms has occurred, rmadrid888 reserves the right to:
- Permanently closing the account without payment of any remaining balance;
- Freezing any pending deposits or withdrawals;
- Report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed once all pending withdrawals have been settled.

Limitation of liability
Rmadrid888 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or betting outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties.
Third-party links
The rmadrid888 platform may contain links to third-party services or content for informational or convenience purposes. rmadrid888 does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Use of such services is entirely at your own risk.

6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
